Perubahan Besar!

As-Salam bloggers. 

It has been so long i didn't post the new entry. Biasalah, cikgu. kerja banyak. So too many things have to be settled. Yang mana dengan study, yang mana dengan boyfriend (eh ada boyfriend rupanya? :P) yang mana dengan business, yang mana dengan event sana sini.

Alhamdulillah. now is the time to rest. We have been given a week to rest! Hey, cuti skolah lah. Lupa ker i niii teacher cher cher(gemaan gaya gedik sambil PATD). ahak!

and now, i am waiting just beside the fan, to dry up my sweat! lencun gila baru pas balik jogging tadi ni. ni nak riak sat. I jogged about FIVE rounds at the Lagenda Park. One round of the park I can estimate about 400m. sebab gaya luas tu mau ala ala padang maktab. so can you imagine how many metres i have done jogging just now? 2000m bebeh! 2000m! riak riak(okay tak perlu riak teacher. =__='

Eh SitiAnisAthirahBux oi. bukan kau ni selalu semput ke lari? tgk time merentas desa pn jadi laa. semput kan ekau? Intan dengan Fadh tinggal kau mana hala. kaki kau siap cramp lagi. Tipu laa kau nak boleh jog sampai camtu. hari hari pulak. (eh bukan, baru dua hari) hehe

Wehh! Siriously tak tipu! MasyaAllah tak tipu! 
okay, aku berterus terang. aku memang cepat semput kalau tinggal eksesais lebih 48jam. aku dah buat eksperimen pn. Minggu lepas lagi laa. tak eksesais smpai 4hari. So, poeple, for fure my cardiovascular turns down. Tapi, yang luar biasa nya walaupun aku tak jog, tak eksesais, dalam diam diam badan aku dah maintain stamina and metabolism. Balik rumah, that last Saturday, i try to jog again. Dapat buat 4round kat Lagenda Park! aku sendiri terkejut. padahal aku tak eksesais jogging ke apa ke minggu lepas.(tapi ada laa naik turun tangga, jalan kaki jauh, tu kan kira eksesais kan.)

Okay aku buat biasa aje. 

The next day, Sunday.
Sunday memang tak eksesais apa laa kan. sebab it is 'family day outing'. pegi makan laa jalan jalan laa dengan family. tapi dalam hati risau. Esok aku jog balik, mesti stamina kurang. okay, takpa.

Today : Monday.
Tadi i try jogging. rasa debar-debar, because now, i'm testing my stamina. And Alhamdulillah, it was increasing and it was as steady as the last two days!Tu yang riak kat atas u dapat buat 5ROUNDS. Tu pn aku rasa aku mampu buat 6 round sebab langsung tak tercungap-cungap macam dulu. Yang kena balik tu sbb Alya panggil nak pergi buang air kecil . Potong betul!

WANNA KNOW WHAT IS MY SECRET?
meet my friend,Mr Shake! Shake!

Yes! I have been taken these product full-time for the whole last week. I never skip to have my best friend for my breakfast and dinner. I want to prove it by myself! and my experiment on myself have been successfully done!

And last week, during my experiment period, I realized something miracle happened on my body setting. I didn't feel sleepy or even yawning when i'm bored. (Hari tu masa SBE)
Because previously,every morning, if something bored me in the morning, especially during my lecture time, I'll dozed off! haha. But i can feel something different is changing over my body.
I feel like , like, like like I'm one of the athletes! ahaha! poyo gilos laa kau! and siriously  can feel my body is even lighter and lighter for now!
